Date Juice Concentrate
Date juice concentrate is a water extraction of approximately 70% soluble date sugar solids and 30% water with added citric acid for pH adjustment. This non-GMO product is obtained by extracting the natural, water soluble components out of the date through a stewing process. The solution is then introduced into a vacuum evaporator to obtain a concentration of 70 °Brix.
PACKAGING
The product can be packed in 5 gallon (59#) pails, 55 gallon (630#) drums, or 275 gallon (3150#) totes or tankers.
